Funchal is an easy 20-minute drive via expressway and motorway, and the airport a further 10 minute drive.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy. Supplements apply when additional people occupy the apartment. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made, and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
A security deposit of 150€ is payable by credit card before arrival.
The minimum stay is 03 nights.

The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented for all arriving visitors on or after 01 September 2024 across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities.

If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment, please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old and less easy roads and unusual locations:




Leaving the airport take the motorway (Via Rápida) in the direction of Funchal and after this, signs to Ribeira Brava.

When you reach the end of the motorway (approximately 25 minutes) follow the signs to Ribeira Brava – Ponta do Sol.
The sliproad ends on a roundabout - take the 1st exit and you will be descending in the direction of the sea.

When reaching the next roundabout turn right into the tunnel, sign-posted Ponta do Sol.
At the roundabout, take the third exit signposted Continente Modelo/StartUP Madeira.
Carry on to Rua de São Pedro and as soon as you reach a T-junction, turn left into Rua Juvenal Sousa Pereira and then turn into the first entrance on your right.
Continue on this road until you reach a roundabout, where you should take the first exit, signposted Ribeira Brava.
As soon as you leave the roundabout, enter Rua Comandante Camacho de Freitas, where you should continue until you reach a new T-junction. Turn right into Rua Dr Nicomedos Pereira and then turn left again and continue on Rua Dr Nicodemos Pereira until you reach the Terrace Sea at number 2. 
Please note that there are pay-and-display car parks with the blue lines. Follow the times and rates displayed on the machines to avoid fines. Alternatively, you can find the municipal car park on Rua Comandante Camacho de Freitas.
