“My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!”

“We enjoyed our stay at historic Linden Row. Originally built in the 1800’s and restored to period, you’ll find high ceilings, original wood floors and period chandeliers. We were celebrating our 25th so splurged and rented a two room suite. The hotel is charming but lacks the luxury you might find spending the same amount elsewhere. Parking is off site but close to the hotel. Location is centrally located. The floors in our suite looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile with dust visable……

“warm and friendly”

“Fun place to stay.”

“The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.”

“The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me”
