「Liked the hotel BUT the only issue, which was very frustrating, was that the key would stop working every day during our 3-night stay. Had to come back downstairs multiple times to get access to the room key again, not just us, but 2 other families we were attending the wedding with had the same issue. If this is seen by hotel management, please address this issue.」

「It said a room for 7people but there wasn’t enough space for 7 but barely 5 people. The Advertisement is deceiving!!! The sofa bed is very small and can fit only 1 person on it. We ended up booking another room. Thank god there was another room available or else we would have been strangled in this small room. Didn’t even mention there is only 1 bathroom. This was a really bad experience!!!」

「Soap with embedded pubic hair in the soap dish in-the shower, used tissue under the side chair. Floor lamp had no lampshade, just the bare bulb. Also, we could hear people talking through the walls on both sides. On the plus side, front desk Anthony was efficient and friendly, beds were comfortable and breakfast was not great, but edible. We wouldn’t stay again.」
