“Clean rooms, nice staff, good WiFi, etc.”

“My wife and I always stay at this location when we come in to town. We love the proximity to the things we like to do while there. Rooms are always clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best out there for hotels, with warm delicious food. The staff is amazing, from the front desk people, to housecleaning to the breakfast room. We are never disappointed in this place. ”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……
