“這是第3次選擇此飯店,所有的工作人員非常親切,從check-in開始就讓人感受到非常友善,熱心. 但可能因為是summer vacation,有非常多的家庭入住,用餐時間餐廳非常擁擠,而且常有人在走廊上嬉鬧,很晚了還是吵雜. 前檯工作人員雖然非常親切,但遇上忙碌的時候,無法給予幫助. 我在laundry room遇到麻煩,第一次打電話過去詢問,回覆我10分鐘後到.但等了許久之後再打過去,又再要求我等5分鐘.最後30分鐘過去了我還是沒有等到人過來幫忙.”

“We stayed one night here before we left to go home. The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. I did not like that the fire alarm went off maybe about 2 hours since we checked. I never experienced something like this before at a Marriott hotel, but I guess it does happen. This hotel is huge, and a lot of walking is required. Overall, it was an ok stay, the price was very affordable.”

“Booked a suite but got a regular one, which worked for the first night but not the second. The front desk person did get us a suite for the second night. He went above and beyond to get the room, which was very appreciated.”
