「The only reason I didn't rate Carter as a 5 out of 5 was because of two things: 1) expectations weren't set correctly - the pictures are misleading (there's no evening dinner options on site) and the walkable distances were misleading (we were advised by staff to not walk anywhere); 2) the staff didn't proactively offer useful information (e.g., there's a free shuttle to their sister winery that has a dinner restaurant, spa, and wine tastings or the fact that hotel guests receive a wine tasting...
