“Property included lots of activities for families - shuffleboard, table tennis and indoor pool were our favorites. Everything was clean and stocked ( pots, extra bedding) and included free laundry machines! ”

The owner had a pipe burst and her rental was unlivable but she contacted us immediately and had found another rental just 4 doors away from hers. “Our stay way excellent. While the property is not on the water, access to the beach is a very close. The property was clean and their bed was really comfortable. The water was a little too cold to enjoy swimming without a wetsuit. Also, due to a western wind bringing some bitting flies it prevented hanging out at the beach. I was told by the locals this wind brings them out. Spray doesn’t seem to faze them and they swarm. Other than that- the water is beautiful and traveling up the coast is a……

“We stayed at this house last year for our annual girls' trip and loved it so much, we decided to stay here again! We love the location and neighborhood. They have upgraded the lower-level bonus room with AC and heating which was fabulous! You can easily get to several restaurants and shopping places without going out to main highway - about 1 minute drive from house! Everything was ready for us upon arrival - super clean. Love that they soap and shampoo in showers. They provide 4 beach chairs……

So many houses feel like they are furnished with spare furniture and linens. This was not the case here. It felt like the entire home was coordinated and intentionally designed to provide a premium experience. “The stay was nice. The windows were very dirty. I had to clean the downstairs windows in order to see out. Dust build up on window blinds and window sills. Dust build up on baseboards. Refrigerator is very dirty. Place definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Ice maker did not work.”

“The place is just as advertised, clean and well-maintained. I got there at dark in the rain, so it was a bit hard to find amongst the other modulars in the cul-de-sac, but the host provided detailed directions which made the search much easier lol. Jonathan is responsive and provides all the last minute things you might forget for your stay, such as sunblock, water bottles, and even dog dishes for your furry co-pilot, so you can focus on hitting the beach once you get there :)”
