「Disappointing in most ways. Had to get my key reset several times. The hairdryer was broken and the bathtub looked very worn. No in room safe. When I called the front desk, the cord for the handset was frayed and barely useable. The onsite laundry was available but the laundry detergent dispenser was jammed.
