“The room was spotless, with a big bed and all amenities. Cleaning when requested was also excellent. The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!”

“房间卫生打扫状况一般，衣柜里有蜘蛛网，加的床有螨虫，小朋友又被咬到。门口沙滩不适合下海。酒店食物味道不错，其他基本都ok”

“It is a pleasure to stay at Absolute Sanctuary! Everything are at top quality, service, environment, facility, wellness program….. except one thing - the weather but it is out of the control of anyone. ”

“Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't……

“Service leaves you to believe you’re staying at a hostel. Dinner was okay, selection is very poor, bring your own wine… Lunch is a disaster, food comes whenever staff feels like working. Breakfast is okay, coffee selection is good. Pool is dirty and has sediments inside, surprised we didn’t get sick. Gym is actually above standard. Staff is grabbed of the street, tells you lies and wastes your time… Overall, this place leaves you with a bad taste wishing you opted for something else..”

“I don’t think you should ever try to charge people a 10% surcharge for using a credit card. You shouldn’t try to profit off a credit card transaction. I can understand you wanting to recoup your fees, but to try to make an additional 5% from a credit card. Not cool. Everything else was amazing. The staff is incredible. Obviously the staff doesn’t choose what the credit card fees are so this is really something for the owner to figure out.”

“The owner, Alex, was extremely helpful with assistance with car rental and trips. And he even drove us to the airport. This place is excellent value for the low cost per night. The bungalows are located in a great spot within walking distance to the beach 🏝️ ”
