「Bathroom sink leaked. Shower wasn’t the best.」

「It was a nice, cozy cottage / cabin in the woods. It had everything you need and it was clean. Quiet and peaceful. We seen deer, a jack rabbit and chipmunks running around in the back chasing each other and collecting acorns. Made some s'mores at the fire at night. Plenty of wood. South Higgins Lake State Park is 5 minutes away and so is Marl Lake State hiking trail. The owner / host was very nice. My wife and kids enjoyed this place. We will be back next year.」

「This cottage was very neat and nicely decorated. Chad was very easy to communicate with and very promt on the responses. We enjoyed watching the lake in the afternoon and having the boat buoy was very convenient. I highly recommend this place and we would certainty stay here again.」

「The property is surrounded by trees, so very difficult to see any of the sky. There was a cleaniness issues in the bathroom, issues with having places to hang towel, toilet paper holder was pulled away from the wall, issues with accessing the automatic door lock (which would not open or lock with in 1 min of opening the door), and very limited supplies in the kitchen. My sister thought the TV was extremely small and was upset that only wifi TV was available - she is a big football fan. The heat...

「What a great cabin to stay at for our last High School Fishing tournament on Higgins Lake. Everything was perfect and the boys loved the garage! Host was quickly to respond and everything was 100% as in listing. Will rent again for a family vacation!」

「We had a very nice experience. From the little welcome basket with goodies, and a thank you card, to the cleanliness of the place. It was very warm and inviting. Had an issue with an app on their Ruku, and I was able to communicate with the owners. Ultimately, not able to resolve the issue, but that was minor. They have a nice sitting area outside in a porch like environment, with games and furniture to sit on. We didn't utilize this space, as it was still pretty chilly when we stayed there....
