“Quiet. Loved the little fenced in area for our pups!”

“A great place to stay!”

“We loved this cabin! Celebrated my birthday week with a girls trip and this place was perfect! Matt and Becky were there to answer any and all questions I had before the trip and I truly appreciated it. We had the best time, the fire pit down by the river was a bit too buggy for us but the fire pit up by the overlook was perfect! We had a fire every night and really enjoyed the s’mores supplies that was left for us! There’s a little access spot to get into the river, we really enjoyed floating……

“Quiet, safe, clean & cozy just perfect for my get away, the best part is my furbaby, my life, was warmly welcomed. She had dog treats in the cupboard and dog food and water bowls, etc.”

“Everything was great”

“This is the third year staying at this house. We absolutely love it. So cute, clean and perfect location for our needs. Nicole is great to deal with and you cannot beat the price. The only downfall is the bathroom is TINY. It absolutely works for us, but some may find it a little difficult to maneuver in. We will definitely be booking again next year.”

“This was a perfect cabin for my family with 3 young kids. There was plenty of things to keep us entertained when it rained, close to the beach and the cabin itself was comfortable and welcoming. The check in and out was very easy.”

“This piece of property is like a little slice of heaven! The home is spacious, the wood throughout is beautiful, the large windows and wrap around porch are perfect to take in the view. The host was so friendly and very easy to work with! The only things I think could be better would be better upkeep on the appliances. The washing machine was kind of gross and had wet musty towels left in it when we arrived, the dishwasher was packed full of dishes and when i looked into the bottom catch tray it……

“Very nice”

“We lived this property! Cozy, quiet, clean and had everything we needed. Will return!”

“It was a nice, cozy cottage / cabin in the woods. It had everything you need and it was clean. Quiet and peaceful. We seen deer, a jack rabbit and chipmunks running around in the back chasing each other and collecting acorns. Made some s'mores at the fire at night. Plenty of wood. South Higgins Lake State Park is 5 minutes away and so is Marl Lake State hiking trail. The owner / host was very nice. My wife and kids enjoyed this place. We will be back next year.”

“Great place to stay next to the water. Very quiet and great place to relax.”

“This was a great cabin and we really enjoyed our stay! It had everything you needed for a great stay. It had a lot of parking and the access to the trails was awesome. Absolutely recommend!”

“Great cottage to stay in for our trip to Higgins Lake. Owner is very communicative and helpful.”

“Property was great. Did not have fire pit like it was advertised”

“Great location. Cute home. Host was very friendly.”

“Nice property in St. Helen close to trails, perfect spot for weekend getaway.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area while still feeling peaceful. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated with us throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway.”

“•The light above the sink and the one on the stove did not work. It made it a little difficult to see when cooking breakfast every day.•A 12" pan, 10" pan and a 9x6 cookie sheet were the only pans provided in the beautiful, full-size kitchen; no hot pads.•No salt/pepper or coffee provided. I have stayed in a handful of VRBO’s that offer those basic amenities. You had the coffee maker and filters but no coffee cups.•No ice cube trays in the freezer at all. We had to buy a bag of ice.•Only……
