“Love this place. For not having running water or Internet it was otherwise perfect. Everything was clean and well stocked. Perfect getaway for someone looking for peace and quiet. Will definitely be coming back to stay when we are in the area.”

“We we're impressed by the amenities and cleanliness of our cabin. We had a lovely view of Houghton lake from the cabin. Very rustic log cabin feeling you'd expect and love. Heater in the living room also kept the place cozy and extra blankets are provided. we hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor activities they offer.”

“Nice play to stay, very quiet. Very little traffic and close to town. The couches were very comfortable, the bed not so much. ”

“Stayed for one night with 6 family members and the dog. Lodged in one of the newer cabins and it worked perfect for us. Check was available right on time and parking was close enough to make the move in convenient. Very clean and ready to go when we showed up. The amenities are great for both the cabin and the property as a whole. Family took out the kayaks on the lake to explore with were all in great condition. Charcoal grill and table right outside cabin door was perfect for out cookout……

“Our stay here was fantastic. The house was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Plenty of natural light and a very open interior, this was exactly everything my group wanted. Beautiful view of the frozen lake during the winter. The jacuzzi room blew us away, it has a lot of seating and even a TV for entertainment. My one and only complaint was the tap water, which I'm sure is out of the owner's hands considering the location. I'm assuming it's well water, it smells pretty bad. I've……

“Had a wonderful fall weekend here! The place was so cozy inside! We loved sitting in the hot tub with the outside temperature so cold or just around the fire talking! The host was amazing This was probably my first rental with such an array of complimentary items! The bathroom was stocked with anything you could have forgotten and more(thankfully because I did forget something!) The coffee/k-cup/tea setup was great and loved the honey sticks! ”

“I used 'waterfront' in the search criteria so that I could check out a place where we could anchor our boat during summer vacation. This property has limited 'lake access' but is not a boat-friendly waterfront property.”

“Cute little house with nice fenced in yard. Would have liked access to the garage to protect our RZR from the elements. But it was nice being right across the road from the trails. Well stocked kitchen. Nice shower.My only unpleasant experience was that the heat was not on already before our arrival. The heat was off and the house was only 40 degrees. It took a really long time for the house to warm up. ”
