“We had a lovely few days staying here. The house was really cosy and comfy, everything worked as it should, it looked great and we had everything we needed provided for us. All communications were simple and direct. Nice friendly pub across the road, lots of nice things to do with kids within 20/30 min drive or even less - Bodiam Castle, Bedgebury Pinetum, Rye etc. We will very likely be back to stay there again in the future.”

“We had an amazing 4 days at the property. The owner was fantastic providing us with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter amongst other things. The property was lovely and cozy and would highly recommend. The high street was a short walk with some great dining options ☺️”

“Well equipped comfortable accommodation.lovely rural setting quite quiet although on working farm. Friendly helpful host lovely apple juice fresh from farm .Short drive to local town convenient location for exploring the area.only minor issue Double bed was fair but springs in mattress beginning to sag more toilet paper and kitchen roll would be helpful. WeWould recommend this barn accommodation and would visit again.”

“very close to the beach, just over the road, its better less stony if you walk about 10 mins to the right, about 5 min walk to reception, lodge is located in a quiet park of the park, I always take a tv as my son is socially anxious, and didnt leave the lodge at all, until we left, I felt it would of been useful to have a tv in the double room, as my son took over the only tv, with his xbox, and i got sent to my room, to watch tv, it was nice having the decking outside, could do with outdoor……

“Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses”

“Lovely property plenty large enough for us all. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Kitchen well stocked, and lots of lovely fluffy towels to use. Children loved the toy box and wr all loved being near the beach. ”

“This is a great little cottage , in a central location . Clare was very helpful , she gave us lots of information about Rye. Her communication was excellent .”
