“This property has huge potential. The location is pretty good; close to little Italy, little Portugal, and Mount Royal. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, close to two of the main bagel joints, cafes, etc. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you would expect. Can’t beat the convenience of a condo or the price of a hotel, especially with a family. While all that was good, the property could use some TLC. Nothing too serious, just a little……

“The accommodation was as it was listed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful regarding staying in communication during the entire process. The location was perfect for us as well, it was close to the metro which was convenient when we used it. we were also able to walk to almost everything we wanted during our stay. The building was also secure. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to others. ”

“Our flight arrived early, before designated time, but the woman in the office below went out of her way to help us even though the cleaners were still there. She took our luggage so we were free to acquaint ourselves with Montreal. The apt was immaculate! It is hard to explain the attention given to the fiction theme. So creative and, I’m sue, time consuming. There was a very user-friendly kitchen down some very cute stairs, the bedroom door closed so we could get up at different times and……

“It was a perfect place for my granddaughter and myself. Walkable to everything. The place is small but very organized and well equipped. Michel was very welcoming and helpful host. Definitely plan to go back ”
