“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“The room itself was clean and everything covered. The entrance hall and stairs are tired and requie a spruce up. The security deposit and photo ID before check in seems over the top as I only had a one night stay. It was great value for money and excellent location. Would I use again? Perhaps, but the ID and security bond puts me off.”

“I Booked this and it was a last minute booking I did not realise the deposit after my money was taken for the night booking I offered to pay and it was declined causing myself and my son who were already on way from Scotland to have no accommodation asked for help was clearly told no and no to paying as late now.
