"Great beach/pool views. The resort is a nice size. Our room was big and clean. Towels and beverages were replaced/refilled every day. Our beds were made and floors were cleaned every day as well. Food was very good with theme nights most nights. Beach was beautiful, easy to get chairs/umbrellas. Bring a pool floaty for the ocean! Would definitely go back again! Loved it!"

"We had a lovely stay near the most stunning turquoise ocean- but we wouldn’t repeat our trip To Turks and Caicos. We aren’t resort people normally, The food was average and the price to eat was budget busting. Budget $300-400 per day if you’re a family of 4 to eat out, but grocery store trip helped to alleviate the cost of eating. Small bottle of water- $10. The ocean was breath taking and enjoyed the daily swims and tropical fish swimming around our toes. But beyond the water- the island is stricken by economic disparity, clearly the 12% tax isn’t going to care for the island and it’s peoples. The coral reef by resort is sadly dying and vacationers were often found disrepecting the reef such as swimming past the guarded barrier, the resort workers were a mix of friendly and understandably tired and Moody- not blaming them as it seemed the vibe of fellow Americans were a tough crowd to care for. Nice to have kayaks, paddle board access- but you can’t take out of the swim area. So it felt useless to paddle around the swimmers -Pools were great, lounge chairs abundant , morning yoga twice a week- wonderful! $20 pina coladas- meh. The bungalows were well equipped and cozy for a family to rest and siesta."

"The staff was conscientious. Rashaun greeted us daily and always gave us what we wanted. He made our stay fantastic. Travis was an excellent butler. He coordinated our off campus events, scheduled our transportation and had great recommendations. Great spot for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing time."

"Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience."

"We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives: 1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind; 2. The pizzas were really good!!! 3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar; 4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice; 5. They have sunscreen by the pool; 6. Plenty of parking and the location is good. Here are some improvement suggestions: 1. We need more than 1 towel per person; 2. The bathroom needs hooks to hang the towels and clothes; 3. Provide aftersun in the bathroom; 4. My kid was excited about the movie night, but that was cancelled; 5. The music was too loud at night, it was at almost 11pm and the music was still on; 6. There was a sitting area next to the pool, but for the days that we were there, not a single person set foot in that area. It would be nice if that area were turned into a hot tub or a shaded sitting area. 7. The room was a little humid (bedding was kinda moist), even with the AC on. Adding a dehumidifier to the room is needed. 8. The hotel is a short 5 mins walk to the beach (they have staff drop off and pick up), However, the chairs at the beach were really sad, there are no kayaks or paddle boats available like the other hotels, you need to bring your own drinks and everything to the beach, which to us is a bit unusual."

"My stay at Kokomo was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist, Wenie, was exceptional and made sure our stay was comfortable every step of the way. She was always available to help, whether we had questions about food, transportation, local attractions, or things to do nearby. Her recommendations were incredibly helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful, ensuring our room was always clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. While the resort was not as modern as I expected based on the photos, it was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe area. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. The outstanding customer service and cleanliness made for a great stay, and I would definitely consider coming back in the future."
