"The property was very quiet and peaceful. The only issues we noticed were that the coffee pot was FILTHY. We had to run 4 pots of water to get it clean of the grime and when we wiped it down it was awful. The hot water for the shower was GONE WITHIN 10 minutes. Other than those things, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the owners were very nice as well."

"Absolutely perfect stay with lots of local towns within a short drive. Asheville North Carolina just 1.5 hours, Pidgeon Forge short trip. Absolutely beautiful views outside and inside the apartment. The workmanship and authenticity is something to see. Great communication with host. Felt right at home. The town of Dandridge is within 10 minutes or so away along with Douglas Lake views. The walking path around the farm is so nicely done and relaxing. Highly recommended to families or a weekend...

"Our stay at sunset shores was nothing short of amazing! The rental had everything you could possibly need. The couch bed was prob extremely comfortable and I’m even healing from injuries and slept great! We cooked out on the grill which was nice and set out by the fire place before bed. "Was in Kodak working an event and just needed a place to sleep. Its a beautiful home, its the basement which has been turned into a gorgeous apartment, 2 king size beds, small kitchen area, 1 bathroom, both rooms are huge. Felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Doreen was very friendly. Would definitely consider this home for future stays!"

"Space on top of space. We had total 8 and no one was ever waiting on anything, we had room inside and out. The movie room WOW tons of opportunities to talk and watch whatever you like. We appreciated everything that was available to us and we for sure will plan to be back."

"First of all, the property was not clean at all. They had trash and debris under and behind the couches. There was a very fowl smell. They have cockroaches and spiders. There was cobwebs in almost every corner, some where actually huge. The beds had hair and debris in them. The tiny “dinning table” is being held up by a bed frame piece with a stack of wood linoleum material holding it into place. "We were not given instructions for what to do upon arrival. Property Manager did not answer phone and voicemail box was full. Called VRBO for help and they had the wrong entry code. When we finally got inside, there were dead centipedes everywhere. We had to vacuum, but they kept coming out so we picked them up and flushed them the whole time we spent there. The grass wasn’t cut."

"The property is tucked back in a little wooded lot. I was actually very relaxed in the little basement apartment. It was clean and the washer/ dryer was a definite bonus. The bed was unexpectedly super cozy and comfy. Communication with Host was quick and easy. I had issues with the getting in, my own fault for not reading instructions properly, and also with remote and they walked me thru it.
