“Although clean enough inside, the outside is infested with seagull nests and droppings. The building amenities were acceptable to poor, The bath plug did not have a chain, so needed to be pried out with a spoon handle. The coffee and tea soon ran out and didn't have any idea where to get replacements. The Coffee percolator did not work at all. “Shocking hotel! The room was filthy and in a really bad state of repair. We refused to stay in the first room they gave us which was in the roof space. I don't understand how hotels are allowed to operate like this. If it was a restaurant they would be shut down by the foog hygiene agency. It ruined our weekend. I will be emailing the hotel directly with photos of the room. Would the owners stay in these rooms? I think not. Even the grand staircases are filthy.”

“Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. ”
