“This place is a scam. The room we had cost $354.00 and was a small attic, with old cheap jungle stuff lying around. No AC, No windows that opened, and one window you can look out, nothing like the pictures showed, NOTHING. Breakfast was 45min late, in the morning we could not find anyone who we could speak with, that didn't need a translator app. This felt like a room where a John would take their trick, except as expensive as the Grand America. Horrible place.”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”
