“Their was clear signs that someone prior to had left the bathroom a complete disaster. The other bathroom had mold growing in someones cup, id assume absolutely no staff present at least in the last week or two.”

“Charles was very responsive and helpful! We arrived on Christmas night and had missed our welcome email with instructions on how to enter the apartment. The apartment was very festive for Christmas! We mentioned an odor in the apartment and he immediately offered a diffuser. Charles also provided us with firewood and a fire starter for the fireplace.The location was perfect for our plans!
