「The Latch Inn is a beautiful property that is well worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Free parking was a bonus. The building is old so there are some idiosyncrasies associate with that but the room was lovely and spacious.」

「A lovely B&B close to everything in Sidney. A purpose built B&B, with very quiet and comfortable rooms. A continental breakfast is delivered to your room, as often guests are heading to the ferry or airport. Worked perfectly for us. Room was very comfortable with our own heat control, fireplace, jetted tub and shower, and comfortable bed and linens. Great safe parking in the back of the inn. Highly recommend. 」

「Incredible host! The property is beautiful and we got to stay in the suite, which is huge and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and even catered to special dietary needs. We look forward to returning in the future.」

「Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...

「Great front desk people. I had special instructions for my elderly mom to check in and they were prepared when she arrived. Thank you! The room was very clean and organized. I liked that the remote was sealed in a bag. All appliances were clean and coffee machine well stocked. I like the composting cups available in the room and in the breakfast area. The breakfast nook was well stocked with lots of fresh options for breakfast. I really liked the coffee. 」
