"Housekeeping did not clean the inside of my toilet, left hair in my shower, and recycled use paper cups to be used again. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed, and the fridge would not stay cold. Not acceptable."

"I stayed at this hotel for a one-week vacation, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The initial room assigned to me was fine; however, the queen-size bed was too soft for my back. The next day, I spoke with the front desk and explained my situation. They were very understanding and promptly assisted me. They even allowed me to try beds in different rooms before making a selection. I was then moved to another room with two queen-size beds, and I chose one that was slightly firmer and much more comfortable for me. I am very satisfied with my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport Oyster Point. Thank you very much. The food was overall good; however, the scrambled eggs were a bit watery and lacked firmness. The hash browns were also too hard and dry. Aside from those items, everything else was great. "
