“We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central ”

“Check in was a bit complicated. It’s 2026 and must be possible to have an easier check in”

“You could always trust the Yotel brand in terms of cleanliness and style. Service is excellent. They have everything you can think of. Room is on the smaller side. Be aware of the location. There are plenty of drug abusers and homeless people around the hotel. They aren’t dangerous but they can be very loud at midnight. ”

“The Perramont is in a great location close to the Castro and just steps from Muni which made getting around easy. I really appreciated the daily maid service having fresh towels and the bed made each day was awesome. The showers and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and although there was some remodeling happening (which meant fewer bathrooms available on the floor), everything was well maintained. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a desk that made it easy for me to……

“The room was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were pubic hairs in the shower, and the sheets and pillows were visibly dirty as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, there is no parking available on the premises, which was very inconvenient.”

“房间很小并且老旧，空气质量很差，床单似乎是上一个客人使用过没有更换，所以非常的臭，因为我们入住的时候已经非常晚了并且坐了一天的飞机很累，就勉强坚持到天亮，打了个盹醒来才开始怀疑这怪味也许是有人在这房间抽了大麻，这是我住过最糟糕的酒店！！”

“如果不是當天沒有其他選擇，我不會住到這裡來，周遭的環境是相當複雜的，附近的房子都另外加裝鐵門窗，一下Uber 就感受到來自四面八方的打量，讓我的警戒升到最高點，飯店裡飄散著不知是焚香味還是咖哩味，房門鎖有些壞掉很難弄，老闆的小孩一直在哭鬧不停，還有兩隻蒼蠅一直在房間裏飛來飛去，不太好的住宿經驗，寧可多花幾千元住市區，也不要一個人住到這裡。”

“It’s really only the move if you need something cheap and viable. No specific complaints but the lobby is basically a closet and then it’s just right stairs to the small quarters with low quality bathrooms and low noise protection. That being said it was an affordable place for what we needed and nothing was broken. Basically your bare minimum lodging. Keys are physical metal keys and the front door locks with them too.”

“附近晚上的治安不太好，尤其是往bart站方向，晚上建議還是搭uber，不要走在黑暗的街道上。 隔音很差，所以會一直聽到外面還有隔壁房間講話的聲音”

“The place is good and can park and convenient public transportation. But the thing is the smell in the room and the bed sheets were not changed when I checked in. I realized it in the night before going to bed. So, it will be my first and last stay. Breakfast is too crowd in the morning. The reception guy is kind and helpful.”
