“The staff was very courteous. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a kind staff member, Deysy. She was professional through and through, understanding, and explained things in detail. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and pleasant, & the food delicious! The staff at the parking lot were also attentive and very kind. Overall, the staff is service-oriented and service-conscious, and it's appreciated. Pro: Hotel View. Customer Service. Transportation.
