「It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. 「I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options...
