“We stayed here for 5 nights and the housekeeping was only done once, so I am not satisfied because we rented two large rooms and there were 4 people in each room. They should change the bath towels every day. The bed sheets were only changed once.”

“Awful. Rundown, dirty. The first room they sent us to was not ready yet, but you could see how dirty the mattress was. The property feels partially abandoned. They put us in a second room that was right by the pool. It was cleaner, but betting worn out with holes. Slept with the bathroom light on. We were supposed to stay for three nights. On the afternoon of the first day, we told them we wanted to cancel the next two nights. So we could stay somewhere else. Still trying to get our refund. (the……
