"Great location and nice to have off street parking. Nice staff and large rooms. Surprisingly quiet! I would have given 5 stars, but ww walked into the room and it was 85 degrees. Not sure why the AC wasn't on a timer and came on prior to check-in. I hope they don't make their housekeeping staff work in the heat. Thankfully we had dinner reservations and left for a while. The room was still warm and eventually cooled off. Recommend turning AC on during the summer for guests checking in."

"For the price we paid for one night, there should have been a microwave in the room. The pillows were gargantuan and not comfortable. Way too big; at least we should have options for a more comfortable, smaller pillow. Not unreasonable to ask. The TV is difficult to manage. The air conditioner should be easier to manage."

"Older, slightly dated property. Beds were a little too firm for my taste but linens were quality. Didn’t like the counter top sink basin, was messy water splashing out and not much counter space. Lighting in bathroom was very dim. Room kind of small. Was a ok stay"

"We had the best stay! Check-in was great with Connor. He found us a great room on the 3rd floor that was quiet and had a little Juliette balcony that allowed us to step outside and enjoy a nice view of Santa Barbara. The property was beautifully maintained and the room was clean and felt newly renovated. The continental breakfast was bountiful and varied with great coffee! A 5-minute walk to the beach made it just perfect!"
