“This is actually just a bedroom in a house with multiple other converted bedrooms serving as additional rentals along the hallway that lead to our room. This property is more of an hotel or house share than a VRBO in our opinion.The place was clean and prepared like a hotel, with soaps and other amenities. We requested an extra night and the host demanded (politely) that we pay in full in advance of our arrival, outside of VRBO payment policies.”

“A great extended family retreat! This property was so handy--we had separate sleeping spaces but also space to gather for games and meals. The location is ideal--a short walk to Site Museum and the Railyard district, and 12 minutes to the plaza. A walk to Canyon Road only takes about 20. It is located on a quiet street. Kitchens were nicely equipped, and the property instructions were on a handy tablet device. ”

“We really enjoy every aspect of the property. Starting with the reservation. We were kept informed with the process and information on things to do. The location is fantastic, walking distance to many restaurants, galleries, museums and shopping. The neighborhood seems very safe even after dark. The property was extremely clean upon arrival and was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
