Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Bahama Breeze is the ideal location for your 30A vacation! We are an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Seagrove Beach and a quick bike ride to Seaside Town Square!



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 3 Vehicles

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• No Street Parking- NO PARKING ON GRAVEL



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.



Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM



CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
