The management company is very friendly and responsive. They let us in as soon as the property was cleaned and maintained regular contact throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful and location is amazing. We had a few issues that were resolved by HC quickly. The furniture in the common area and on the porch could use a refresh but the beds and bathrooms were so comfortable and nice. Overall a fabulous vacation week!

Great time, large cockroaches are a problem but they are mostly outside, in all fairness this is a problem with most Florida homes. Homeowners is probably the best rental agency in Seaside and they manage the property so this is a great plus.We’ve rented here multiple times a year for 30 plus years. If you come during fall break expect long waits at most restaurants along 30a.Fall break is the middle 3 weeks of October, teenage mobs are just now starting to be addressed by Seaside. Starting at Sunset they make most other activity difficult plus local older young men come to Seaside to hit on the younger teenage girls. They come to seen and heard loud cars loud music. This year is the first year I’ve seen Seaside institute a curfew. It seems poorly enforced but is a start.

The El Durado at Seaside is the BEST

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The El Durado is situated at the best location right on the white sugar sand of the best beach in mainland USA. Our family celebrated victory over cancer by having everyone vacay together. The view is priceless. We arrived to a spotless (not one piece of sand inside) spectacular home with 2 porches. We enjoyed the perfect Cabana set up with tent and umbrellas and tables, thanks Gabe! a fishing trip, mystery night, breakfast and dinner by Chef Darian in Pensacola, professional beach photos, fried up fish and hush puppies on the grill inside, grilled burgers and dogs on the Fourth of July and enjoyed the best seat in town for the fireworks. Everyone wanted to come back. This memory will last a lifetime. Thanks Homeowners Collection.
