This property is amazing. I tend to be too verbose, so I made a list1. Included in the rental is an electric LSV and some bicycles. My daughter loved it and drove to get coffee daily.2. Yes, the cleaning fee is high; this is totally worth it. The house was spotless.3. The property is literally two houses, connected by a walkway. There are two kitchens, seating areas, etc. It gave us the ability to use one fridge for food, the other for drinks. There is even a mini fridge outside in the outdoor (covered) eating area. The kitchens have more dishes I have ever seen in a rental. They also had plenty of utensils, pans, etc.4. The bedrooms are big and bright. There is enough for everyone. One cute feature is the mini bunk beds in one of the “primary” bedrooms. It is perfect for younger children and even includes a changing table. 5. In one of the houses, there is a GIANT kitchen table. We were able to fit 10 adults and 4 babies. 6. The pool is a good size, with chairs and an umbrella in the shallow end. NOTE: Bring your own beach towels. 7. Early in our stay, we noticed that the dryer wasn’t working. I called the customer service line to ask if there was anything that could be done. Within 30 min it was fixed. There are many more things, but I ran out of room. All I can say is that we loved it and had space for everyone.
