The house was sparkling clean! Plenty of towels and kitchen appliances/utensils. Really big and spacious. Communication with property management agency was smooth. They quickly addressed minor things that came up. The yard it is great with fenced pool, grill and dining table. There are hair dryers in every room. One bathroom is downstairs detached from a bedroom. Easy 8/10 min walk to beach access, 3 min with LSV cart/bicycle. LSV cart is very convenient, if no LSV parking available we would return it to the house and bike to the beach access. There are always parking spots for bicycles. Starter kit with laundry, dishwasher pods and TP provided as well as little bottles of shampoo/conditioner/cream and soap in every bathroom. WiFi worked well. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower. All was great, we would be back no doubt!

This property is amazing. I tend to be too verbose, so I made a list1. Included in the rental is an electric LSV and some bicycles. My daughter loved it and drove to get coffee daily.2. Yes, the cleaning fee is high; this is totally worth it. The house was spotless.3. The property is literally two houses, connected by a walkway. There are two kitchens, seating areas, etc. It gave us the ability to use one fridge for food, the other for drinks. There is even a mini fridge outside in the outdoor (covered) eating area. The kitchens have more dishes I have ever seen in a rental. They also had plenty of utensils, pans, etc.4. The bedrooms are big and bright. There is enough for everyone. One cute feature is the mini bunk beds in one of the “primary” bedrooms. It is perfect for younger children and even includes a changing table. 5. In one of the houses, there is a GIANT kitchen table. We were able to fit 10 adults and 4 babies. 6. The pool is a good size, with chairs and an umbrella in the shallow end. NOTE: Bring your own beach towels. 7. Early in our stay, we noticed that the dryer wasn’t working. I called the customer service line to ask if there was anything that could be done. Within 30 min it was fixed. There are many more things, but I ran out of room. All I can say is that we loved it and had space for everyone.
