DETAILS: Le Tiki is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Blue Mountain Beach cottage that sleeps 12 with a game room, a screened porch, Sonos sound system, and many luxurious upgrades. Guests enjoy access to a community pool, playground, and a public dune walkover.

A spacious front porch with Adirondack chairs welcomes guests to this adorable home. Stepping inside, guests will find a delightfully decorated entryway with space for beach bags and towels that leads to an open kitchen, dining, and living area. Hardwood floors, white shiplap walls, and a professionally designed interior create a refined beach-chic vibe that guests will love! The kitchen features a dine-in island that seats 4 and premium appliances that include a 6-burner gas range and wine chiller. A wraparound sofa and armchair face a Smart TV that is connected to the Sonos sound system, and an adjacent dining table seats 8. Sliding glass doors open to a screened porch with a striking tiled gas fireplace, outdoor sofa, and armchair. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, guests will discover 3 guest bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms with beautiful tile work, and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin built-in bunk beds that share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A cozy game room with a wraparound sofa and TV is a great place to unwind with a favorite show, board game, or book after a busy day at the beach.

Le Tiki guests enjoy 4 complimentary adult bikes, making it fun to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and Grayton Beach. To reach the beach, simply head north on Cabana Trail, turn left onto Matt's Way, and then turn left on South County Road 83. This leads directly to the beach.
