One week wasn't enough

Everything was exactly as the photos showed-clean, comfortable, and stocked with the essentials needed for a great stay. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Lots to do nearby. My kids loved the location as well.

Sucked

This property was awful. The front of the building and breezeway was filled with trash. The rug going into the place was gross and should have been more of a warning than the breezeway. We had to call to get the code to get in, REALJOY is anything but that. When we walked in all we could smell was fish. We called REALJOY and they told us they would call the property managers. The sofa was brown with dirt along the perimeter and the floors were gross. In the kitchen the cabinets were old and the fridge was less than adequate and smelled bad. We went to the store only to come back to the evident mega spraying of a perfume, intended to drown out the nasty smell. They also fixed the second twin (advertised as a full) which had the box springs on the floor, not as part of the bed. The master bed was grossly overused, all you did was fall into it. The queen bed in the second bedroom was hard and old, it would've been more comfortable sleeping on a rock. As stated before, VRBO showed a Full/Twin combo in the third bedroom which was incorrect. There were no updates and the "fabulous balcony" overlooks the parking lot. In summary, I would never stay here again, nor suggest that someone else did. HORRIBLE both with the actual establishment and the rental management company, REALJOY. Avoid.
