Pros: Proximity to shops, restaurants, beach and trailscomfortable beds and beddingpool and yardrental management communicationCons:The house itself needs some cleaning and maintenance (fresh paint on would go a long way)Not enough utensils for the amount of people the house is stated to accommodatecomfort level of living room furnitureKitchenware not very good quality or cleanlinessFront door is awkward getting in and out and hits refrigerator every time it opensIf house is used to full capacity it would be very tight squeeze.
