We had a great stay! The place was clean, grocery store, restaurants and beaches were close. We rented a golf cart for the beach- we liked the one a little East on 98 by Goatfeathers instead of the closest access. The pool was perfect for our little family. Make sure to get extra paper towels, toilet paper and beach chairs! 10/10 would stay again!

A great vacation. The house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool was a great touch as well. The house was well appointed, and the location was central to all that you need. All in all, this is a must if you're considering this house. The rental agency was incredibly accommodating as well. all in all - fantastic week.

We loved the house and it really exceeded our expectations as far as the pictures online. It was super clean and any issues we had were handled promptly and the management was super easy to work with throughout our stay. We had a blessed & awesome stay my Dad who just made 93 was with us & my sister & husband from Oregon came & my hus & my our best friends stayed with us. Wonderful property, issue with upstairs air-conditioning got fixed right away. Really liked this location in Santa Rosa and property has pretty good proximity to the beach - about 10 minutes to walk it. The bikes were in good shape and a wonderful addition to the trip! There are lots of shops and restaurants close by as others have said. Overall, we had a great week and really enjoyed the property - will consider staying again.

Great house in a great location!

This house was perfect for our crew of 4 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Beach and great little commercial district are an easy 10 minute walk away, which is entirely feasible even with lots of beach gear because of the wagon in the garage. We loved this house and would highly recommend it.
