Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family that included 3 children. The location is ideal with a short walk to the pool and the beach. The interior is very nicely decorated and has everything that you need for a perfect vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

We were just a couple blocks from Seaside and we enjoyed walking and biking to the many restaurants and shops. The pools and fitness center were very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a lovely stay at Mojo Biblio. The house is situated perfectly for a walk to beach, to the town center, or to the pool! We loved the new armbands and the ability to access them when we arrived before check-in time of 4 pm. The house was clean and well-supplied although well-worn in some places. The AC went out on the second night of our stay. The automated services on Monday morning for HOC were not being responsive, so I went to the administrative office to report the issue. It was fixed by mid-afternoon. Other minor issues were a broken toilet seat, super powerful water pressure in the shower, broken shower handle in master bath, and not enough bath towels supplied. We hope these issues will resolved and the HVAC system be better maintained by the owners. We do hope to return!
