Very close to all the local hotspots like Bud and Alleys and local shopping. Really enjoyed the golf cart and bikes that come with the stay. Has a very nice spacious cottage in the back as well! 5 stars!

The master bedroom was amazing with its own private balcony. We really enjoyed using the Sonos wireless speaker system in the living room. We also really loved using the grill outside. I definitely recommend this home as it comes with everything you’ll need for a great beach vacation!!

Beautifully remodeled home worth the visit.

The home was well decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and nicely spaced out. Just a few tgif s would have made it better. The doors had code issues so we could not access the entirety of the home for 30 minutes after we checked in. After been on the road for a long time we were ready to rest. The home did not have hand soap or garbage bags which for the amount. We paid it would have been nice to have those basic necessities. We informed the property management tram who said they would bring a starter pack but never did. Lastly for the first 24 hours there was no hot water. So we all had to take cold showers until it was fixed. All in all we would still stay in te home again as those were mostly issues with prior management not the actual home. Lots of stuff to do on-site. Bikes and a golf cart made the vacation easy and the house is right by camp watercolor, close to the grocery store and restaurants.

Family vacation! Water color is a perfect place for families and kids. We rode bikes, went to the beach and the kids LOVED Camp Water Color. Lazy river and slides were a big hit. Beautiful location. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house for family get togethers

The house was beautiful and charming, with plenty of space to comfortably host a large family. We enjoyed the amenities the community offers and appreciated the tranquility and peacefulness as well as the friendliness of the families there. The host was on top of everything and was super quick to respond to our messages before and during the reservation. We were also able to provide feedback to them on few minor issues and were glad to hear they were working on improving them for future stays. We absolutely recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

Great family home

This was a great home for our family! There was plenty of space and it was clean and comfortable! This home is conveniently located in Watercolor. It was a short bike ride to the pools, tennis courts, and town square at Seaside. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach. The description listed 8 bikes at the house, but upon our arrival we found only 5 working bikes. Since we needed 6 bikes I messaged the property management company. They had someone bring us another bike within an hour! The company was so quick to respond and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this house!

Credit card wrongfully charged- be ware!

This house may look like a dream but the management company is a nightmare! With zero contact or communication my credit card was wrongfully charged over 1,000.00 for a missing slipcover that of course was then found and misplaced by the cleaning crew. After 6 days of me continuously calling, texting and messaging, they refunded me. Still yet to receive a call back from the general manager. Disappointed is an understatement.

Wonderful home!

The house was beautiful! It is in a wonderful location. Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of seating. If we could book this house again through another agency, I would absolutely recommend it. The rental agency seems to not have it together as much as other companies we have used in the past. They were very nice people, but it started with our original house being double booked, so we were moved to this one. Then we wanted to add an extra night to our stay, but they couldn't figure out how to charge it correctly, and asked me to call back in a week. When I did, they had booked that night out to another family already and we weren't able to get it. Not the end of the world, but frustrating the way it played out. Again, no complaints at all about the house - it was exactly as described and we fully enjoyed the property.
