Nice place to stay. Central location.

Great location. Fluffy towels. Very clean although there was a used diaper smell in the closet of the master bedroom. Central to restaurants and the beach.

Costa Rican vacation

Our stay was GREAT. We found this unit through Vrbo and Rich Coast Tours. Our contact Milagro and the staff were excellent. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The unit was clean, it was a 2-Bdrm, 11/2 bath, full kitchen, living room, dining area and AC. We also had WiFi access. There was also a covered roof top sitting area that allowed us to see the birds, iguanas and monkey’s of the area. Centrally located to restaurants and easy to get to town and the beach. We rented a golf cart for downtown trips. We felt safe to walk the area and the property and pool area were very well maintained. We spoke to a grounds keeper daily. The other guests staying there were friendly and offered info on local areas to see. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Tropical Dreams 1

Two week stay. 10 minute walk to beach and 15/20 minute walk to town. Fantastic rooftop deck. Nice pool. Grocery store conveniently located at end of our street. Our townhouse was on the older end of the scale and needs some upgrading but was priced lower to reflect that. But I would say that the fact that the bedroom sliding door on the upper balcony doesn’t have a working lock should be addressed. Property manager arranged airport pickup/drop off and was available to help with tours. They also came promptly when we had one issue that needed fixing. Very happy with property manager, they were very good. They were very helpful in coordinating our booking. Prompt answers to our email questions and good with detail.
