“My sister and I were attending a dog show at St. John’s county fairgrounds. This was a short 15-20 minute drive on easy roads. The house was not as clean as I hoped it would be. The listing is accurate it just needs to be cleaned better. It was a very convenient and close drive for a quick overnight trip. The owner/manager was very quick to respond to any questions and the checkin process was very simple.”

“We booked this place due to the proximity to a birthday party we were attending in Welaka. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The setting is very serene. We only stayed a couple of nights, but it would be great for a week long getaway. The boat ramp was in good condition and there was plenty of parking for two vehicles and our large tritoon boat. We definitely recommend this place for your next trip to the river! ”
