The apartment is clean, well appointed, and has access to a beautiful garden where we could enjoy a glass of wine with peaceful surroundings. “First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement……

“The place has a cozy and pretty interior/exterior with beautiful landscaping. They provide thoughtful snacks, medicine, and toiletries, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Throughout the property, everything is well-cleaned. Guests have access to private and shared appliances along with utensils. However, there are some drawbacks. Refunds are not allowed, and the room listing was misleading, leading to confusion about expected living conditions and privacy. The Property Manager's email……

“The place was extremely clean. The host was available with any questions I had. He was over the top accommodating. The only issue I had was the floor was buckling in a couple of areas and the bathroom was very small. I would recommend this place to others anytime.”
