「Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended!」

「Had a very pleasant week at “Sun and Ski” in early August! The host was very responsive, check-in was very easy, and the home was in very tidy and clean condition upon arrival. The house is well stocked with linens and other needs, including spices and kitchen-ware, coffeemakers for both ground coffee and K-cups. The bedrooms all have bureaus and closets — makes for a much more relaxing stay, if you don’t like a messy house! Too often we’ve found a rental to be uncomfortable simply because there...

「We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints!」
