“We stayed for 3 nights over the Easter holiday. My 13 year old granddaughters and 14 year old grandson enjoyed the location. The pool was nice and location to restaurants was convenient. The parking lot situation is a problem. Our car was towed as the parking pass was not immediately placed in the car. Only 20 minutes had passed from time of parking till time it was towed. The front desk could inform guests to immediately put pass in car. The tow company said they monitor the lot every 30……

“The condo was perfect for our stay. We weren't there much, since we were in town for wedding festivities. The unit is staged well and is very clean. We loved the location and were able to try two eateries right across the street. My husband and I love N Smyrna Beach and hope to come back for another visit. We'd definitely like to try to book this condo again!”

“We were meeting family for a wedding at Chase's On The Beach in NSB, and this rental provided the perfect location and space for our group. It had everything we needed, and ample space for our family of 6 (total, divided between the two units). It is also right on the beach, with a convenient taco/ice cream stand across the street. It was definitely better than any of the local hotel options that we have used in the past.”

“Everything was great. We had 6 adults so bunk beds were a challenge, will get a 3 bed room next time. Saturday the beach was crazy with vehicle traffic.”

“My husband and I couldnt. have enjoyed our stay more. The condo was exactly as stated. Perfect for a couple & everything we needed.Your view is the ocean is perfect. Sunrises, dolphin spottings, pelicans! The building is undergoing renovations but our floor was quiet and completely finished. We could walk to Flagler which has amazing restaurants! Linda was an excellent communicator and very helpful thru the whole process!”

“While the decor of condo was a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The oceanfront view was spectacular as were the sunrises. Susan was very responsive to our request for coffee maker, as one in condo malfunctioned on third day there. King bed was very comfortable and we both had our own comfy recliners! Location was close to everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.”

“Very close to a shopping mall and if you need Asian food there is a superstore nearby for that. Thoight breakfast is free but it is not.”
