Location - round the corner is a bus stop (40-45 min direct bus to one of the beaches), 10 minute walk to Bolhao metro (fairly flat), 10 minute walk to Sao Bento metro (hilly), 10 minute walk to the funicular. Lots of eateries within minutes and a supermarket around the corner. Mercado de Bolhao is amazing and the shopping area around is excellent.
Room - amazingly comfortable with great bathroom and air con. Slept very well every night. Nespresso machine and water carafe (refreshed daily). Fridge in room was a bonus. Great decor.
Breakfast - wonderful. Enough variety. Lovely staff.
There is a water station (iced and slices of fruit) at entrance. Used it every time I exited/entered.
Walked 10 minutes to Bolhao metro to take metro to airport. Very convenient.

"Nice comfortable apartment. Black out blinds and sound proofing was effective. Could get a little noisy with the occasional motor bike coming through the tunnel. Staff were great and just 2 mins walk from the river. Beautiful. "

What we love most about this place is that it excels at the things that really matter: the air conditioning is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless and well-stocked with everything you might need."
"The hotel was great. Lovely and clean. Very helpful staff. Pool area lovely, although take into account not very many sunbeds. The only thing we had to speak to reception about was the temperature of the water when washing, showering. It was boiling hot! Apart from that it was a lovely stay and in walking distance of everywhere"
