Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends.”

“The property is beautiful. The accommodation was private and we made use of the room service often. Navigating around the property can be challenging as it’s spread out and very hilly. Can be rainy as well being in the rain forest. The all inclusive was well worth while, fabulous food! The pool rarely gets used as there is no washroom or change area. Also no pool bar. Food & drinks can be ordered through an App but not easily navigated. ”

“We ended up staying here due to a flight cancellation. We were tired, a bit cranky and starving. It had been a very long day with an 1.5 hour drive from the airport. We arrived at the hotel about 9.40pm, the restaurant just closed. The staff was amazing, the restaurant staff and chef were cleaning up and the front desk called them and explained our situation and out comes the chef and pointed out several dishes she could prepare due to my food allergies. “Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for……

“The most magical views!!! That’s literally worth it all. The resort and rooms are a bit rustic—but it was fine. The location and property views make up for it. Also the infinity pool was so nice! ”

“Beautiful view. Staff is very nice. The beach is very private and beautiful. You have to take a ferry to get to the property which runs all day and is only a 2 minute ride. Overall it is paradise and I would high recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation without too many people around.”

“Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. ”

“Very quiet & peaceful where I was staying at the top of the funicular. But also lively when I walked down to the main part of the Bay. Lots of eating options - Hurricane Hole & Chateau Mygo are both good. ”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
