「Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for...

「Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. 」

「The hotel was okay overall, but it felt a bit run down and could use some updates. The staff interactions were somewhat impersonal, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed during our stay. 「Everything was amazing. The staff especially. We had a pool and beach view and it was simply beautiful. The beach was fantastic with activities to do. Tons of excursions through the hotel and a shuttle bus to the three different Bay Gardens hotels. Highly recommend 」
