Nice

2 bedrooms. Four beds and allowed dogs. 2 block walk to the beach. Nice location and allowed us to bring our dogs. Patio was perfect for drinks and coffee in the morning. Check in was not good. Had to go to an entire different place to get a key. But they did let us check in early. I would go back. Not luxury but perfect for our needs. Although musy bring own towels.

Nightmare!

Where to begin...arrived at hotel late evening. There is no office and there is no phone number. Contacted Hotels.com who can’t reach anyone either. Spent hours in the phone after driving all day and night with two small dogs. No way found to get hotel keys, check in or otherwise. My son checks a door in one unit and it is unlocked. The room has not been cleaned and we have idea if it is our room. I am still on phone with Hotels and tell them in spite of situation we will sleep in this room as they cannot find an alternative. I have prepaid about 1300.00 for this hotel! It is disgusting with ants crawling and used bedding, no towels, no toilet paper. Next day I contact Hotels who is still unable to reach anyone to help us. They offer a 250.00 credit but can’t refund the stay so we stay in the dirty room that we have no key for. By mere chance late afternoon two men come to swap out an outdoor chair at the property. My husband stood them and after much ado we check in. They bring towels but they won’t clean the room for us. The worst hotel stay ever.

Seek other options.

Upon arrival had to google search where to pick up the key since we were given no directions. Once we got the directions, we walked over and picked up the key. The office staff was nice. The unit: Upon entering we saw that the front door was kicked in, and the bedroom had been kicked in too. They both were “fixed” by using the same doors and redrilled into the door frame. The bathroom: The shower curtain was barely hanging on as the middle frame was being held together by a bungee cord. The shower drain had mildew. In the backyard are about 5 stray cats that waunder the parking lot. I wouldn’t stay here if I was desperate, which is unfortunate because this location is in an amazing location. I think once management gives this place some TLC then they’ll get a boost in their ratings but til then, this place isn’t comfortable. So seek other options.

Parking space was so small, and noises from upstairs was so loud. And there is no information &phone numbers inside the room to contact the office. The bathroom was dirty and lots of mold on the shower curtain.
