「This place worked out fine. 2 beds, a nice kitchenette, nice bathroom and centrally located. We also appreciated hanging maps and clear communication. There is an added breakage fee that was not clear at first glance. Overall, I think the price is too steep for what it is but that's Sedona I guess. We enjoyed it. 」

「What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated...

Very upscale, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to trails and a short driving distance to Whole Foods and West Sedona bars and restaurants. The patio view is outstanding, it is so relaxing to wake up to the Thunder Mountain view and have a nice glass of wine at night while gazing at the stars. We will definitely return. 「Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet. 」

「The vacation rentals share the property with a restaurant. Our car was damaged entering the parking lot and the property manager would not provide us with a copy of the video of the parking area. The property manager said they couldn't talk to us about the damage and misled us into believing that the problem had been referred to VRBO. When I called VRBO they were unaware of the situation. The bed was very hard and the comforter was extremely heavy. The room has 7 pillows but only 1 small throw...
