“This beautiful rustic lake front chalet is very nicely appointed, decorated and has everything you need to make you feel like home. We especially enjoyed the lake front views from the very large back deck to enjoy our morning coffee. The dock on the lake was a great place to unwind and launch the provided kayaks from. The house was spacious enough that even 11 people had space to spread out. My kids spent most of their time in the game room or outside. “This is an unusually attractive, perfectly clean property in a beautiful setting, within an easy drive of all sorts of outdoor and cultural activities. However, I must mention that, though the house is listed as accessible, there is a rather steep ramp up to the deck, with a step required to get into the house. “Was NOT as advertised. The place was so dirty. When calling the host about the issue I was told he would have someone come out to clean. Three days later the cleaner messaged. We were only staying four nights so that was too late and I had already cleaned (which is so fun to do on your vacation). I wish it would let me post pics. It was gross.
