The pictures shown of the villa are not what you get ! It was very disappointing you think you’re walking into what you saw on the website. The villas a pretty run down. The staff is nice and polite and they try to do their best. Good thing we didn’t spend much time there we were in the move for the most part.

Nothing, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!it was was dirty (actually filthy) and we had no hot water. Air conditioning wasn’t working and there was an open sewer in the kitchen area. It was noisy and the water bottle was open before we got there. No utensils to cook with, no toaster and it stank so badly. There was rubbish and cigarette buts, bottles tops, plastic cups and other rubbish all over garden. Lots of stuff was broken and falling apart and it was dated. The bedding and towels had stains and blood on them!! We ran our agent and got our money back and let there after s couple of nights into our one week stay. Read the reviews unlike me and don’t book this place.

Where do I start? Pool was green and mouldy pump not working, no glassware for a drink, so much glue holding kitchen sink together. Bath cracked, toilet leaking, bathroom amenities already opened and empty packets. No toilet paper. Requested to move but not able too, asked for towels they had none, asked for umbrella to get to room, they had none. Villa very dated and in need of Major repairs, we were very sad as it wasnt cheap. Always seeing guests complaining at front desk 😥 very disappointed and angry too be ripped off as this place is NOTHING like the photos!!!!!! RIPPED OFF BIG TIME!!!@

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! It looks nothing like the pictures and Expedia should be ashamed for adding it to its list of stays. It is run down, dirty, staff don’t know what to do when customers arrive, toilets don’t work, shower was disgusting, bath had something growing out of it and not functional. This is worse than some hostels I have stayed in! You arrive and the reception has black mould growing everywhere and a pile of rubbish taking up a large area of the room. Staff were confused about how to check in and were late to provide the room. When we finally received a room it was awful. It was run down and not functional. Dirty sheets, more black mould on the walls, furniture that’s long seen better days. This place is falsely advertising what it is offering and needs to be reported. We quickly got new accommodation as we were not prepared to stay in this condition and did not feel entirely safe in our surroundings. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

Please stay away from this place. It is a complete scam. In reality, it does not look at all like the photos. - When we reached the so-called “villa”, the place was dirty and disgusting o It had not been cleaned absolutely at all o The kitchen was filthy and decaying, with rot and grime on the walls, where the paint was peeling o The fridge was empty, not even water. It also was frozen solid o In the “bedroom”, the bed had a frame for a canopy but the canopy itself was missing o An ancient aircon unit was barely furnishing AC within a meter distance, and this miserable dirty bedroom is large o The other aircon unit wasn’t working. When we requested that it be fixed, it started dripping water, it hadn’t been cleaned in God knows how long o There were cables from the tv and various other electrical appliances all over the room o We asked the lady from the reception to move us right away. Cannot, fully booked. Ok then please come clean this disgusting rathole at least. She took more than one hour to show up and barely broomed around the room for 5 minutes. The grime, the dirty floors, remained as they were o In the bathroom the mirror had all kind of dirt streaks all over. Also the walls were smeared with some dirt o The pool: the outside lights did not turn on, there were all kinds of tubes hanging by the pool - Please have a look at the photos (if Expedia allows me to post) and decide for yourself. This place isn’t 4 stars. It is not even 1 star, this is a decaying property

The Villas are spacious - but they are extremely run down and dont look like the photos. They were dirty, the sheets didnt fit the bed, there were insects and mold. The outdoor areas need to landscaped and cleared properly. It has great potential to be a great place to stay but currently I cant recommend the villa i stayed in

The property was not well maintained at all. When we arrived the villa was flooded and every time after it rained water seeped into the property. No basic amenities such as hand soap or hand towels were provided even after requesting from staff. Staff could barely speak English so that was also a barrier. There were cigarette butts left in the property even after pointing them out to staff to have it cleaned, which it never was. I only stayed 2 nights out of my 4 nights booked as I could no longer stay there

We requested a change of Villa when we first arrived due to unclean pool and many things were not clean or were in poor condition. When we changed Villa units then all was great.

So sad to leave!!!! Wonderful experience. WOW FACTOR VILLA FOR JUST £65 per night!!!! The villa has a big outdoor space and always sunny. The outdoor kitchen area is huge with a connected spacious lounge. The pool size is perfect and water temperature is nice and warm. Bathroom is immense with a jacuzzi for 2, double sink, shower cubicle has a very generous space and the wardrobe is connected.....the first time in my life I see a 6 doors wardrobe in the bathroom!!! The room is very spacious and airy. Air conditioning is working, there is a handy machine which gives instant cold and boiling water for your free coffee and tea. Staff is polite and welcoming. They always remember your name and villa number. The overall conditions of property and Villas are very good. The only little downsize is that food from the menu is often not available, but there are many restaurants nearby. Gusto gelato is great and Ingka restaurant is highly recommended. I will definitely go back!!!!

Service and communication before and during the holiday was perfect. Food was really nice and remotely cheap. Room and garden was really spacious and clean. The only thing I would complain about is that a few things needed updating/fixing - the 2 aircons in the villa blew out minimal warm air so the room was boiling but the staff gave us a portable aircon, which was fine just a little loud and wasn’t big enough for the space but it did allow us to sleep. And also the toilet blocked about 5 times during the week, which was rather annoying but again the staff fixed immediately each time. Overall the stay was great and we would definitely go back.

Our 6 day stay started off good, staff were really nice, respectful and welcoming. Location is great with plenty of option on the road, and close to mainstrip on Sunset. It's just that what we booked for online is not exactly what we got when we turned up. We booked the one bedroom deluxe villa, 200sqm, with indoor living room, and buffet breakfast (as advertised on Wotif). We were instead taken to a two bedroom villa but with one room locked off, with no indoor living room, therefore our villa was much smaller than what we paid for. The excuse given was all the one bedroom villas had been booked out and they tries to accommodate with the next best option - which is fine, if they had made that clear at the time of booking or even when we checked in. As for the lack of buffet breakfast, the hotel basically said that's Wotif's fault and only offered one measly dinner as compensation. As I said before, the pictures online don't match reality. The rooms do look tired and patch up work done instead of renewal. Toilets don't flush well, with some flooding. Pool stayed uncleaned till we asked. I saw the hotel got awards back in 2012. Unfortunately it's probably stayed looking like it was since 2012. We had friends staying at other nearby accommodation and they probably got more bang for their buck. Had we not been misled with the villa size and breakfast, and had the place been updated and upkept, then we would've really enjoyed our first visit to Bali.

We were honestly looking forward to staying here for our first time in Bali due to the great reviews and private pool, however.. disappointed is the best word to describe it. The room itself was spacious, very big bathroom; however 5 out of our 8 night stay, we either had No water or no hot water and it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Sometimes we wouldn't be able to shower until late in the evening between 10pm-1am. The insect cloth over the bed was filthy and there were a lot of very big, obvious and questionable stains. The bed sheets weren't changed at all during our stay.. one of us had a small cut on her foot and they didn't even change the sheets from the blood? We had to call and ask for it to be changed. After check out, we asked if we could use a public facility to shower after going to the beach before our flight.. as a nice gesture, they offered us the spa however there was no hot water or soapto use. They then offered us a vacant room to shower. The staff however, were absolutely lovely!

Den første villa vi fik var fyldt med skimmelsvamp og man kunne ikke trække vejret indenfor. Vi fik senere samme aften en ny villa, hvor der kun var lidt skimmel. Service i forbindelse med måltider er rigtig god og folk er venlige. Men der var for meget klor i poolen, der ætsende huden og gav sår i ansigtet. Hotellet er umiddelbart et Max 3 stjernet sted og kun pågrund af beliggenhed og pris har det fået en okay karakter

Very warm hospitality with friendly and helpful staff. The villa is spacious amd condition is above average compared to other villa. Very minimal living creatives at outdoor area. Most mosquitos can be expelled away. Pool water reasonably clean. Good location with a Food Mall (non local supermarket) just at the corner (though no meat/vegetables available). Would extend the stay but other hotels already booked and not cancellable. But definitely will visit again for our next trip in Bali.
