「I wish I stayed longer at this hotel! So clean and can fit way more people then accepted, fits like 8-10 people although we were three! It was clean, there’s laundry, great amenities!」

「The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured.」

「The hotel is located right opposite to the new mall Takanawa and is very convenient to take train and subway lines. We had lunch in the hotel the day we arrived and was delicious with reasonable price. I love the washroom which is rather spacious and separated from the shower. The services are excellent」

「Westin Hotel is the best location in Tokyo Ebisu, elegant hotel with various shops and restaurants around.」

「very good」
