"浴室小而且沒有洗髮精及沐浴乳，還要自己鋪床，家具老舊且隔音不好，樓上洗衣服時樓下同時也會感覺到震動。旅館附近有三間超市，採買方便，但有些廚房裏沒有調味料，且鍋具老舊，如果有煮飯的需求要自己準備。"

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."

"這家旅館就在市中心的City Center, 步行到許多地方都非常方便！服務人員態度很好，雖然照正下午三點才能入住，但我們從遊輪下來、抵達旅館的時候才早上10點！櫃檯的人員12點就讓我們入住房間了！我們住在4樓，落地窗推開外面還有個小陽台，種的花很有情調！早餐也很豐富！"
